The Monkton chesterfield sofa is a simple, classics design, suitable for smaller homes, though as nearly all of our sofas just among the standard sizes you’ll find the 5 seat version too.

The Torino Fabric Sofa is a simple, classic contemporary sofa. It has a single, soft memory foam cushion.

The arms are elegant and unusual and work well either short, as shown in the photo, or high (see the gallery photos). The legs may be changed to wooden high, off the floor feet and still retain the elegance.

The Torino Fabric Sofa is a functional, straight from the heart sofa which is full of elegance and style. It is simple and allows you to add your personal touch to its design or acquire it as it is, simply stylish. With the Torino, less is more. The seat cushion may be a single one, as shown, or if you prefer, two. The back can be as illustrated with a few scatter cushions, or alternatively with standard back cushions. The choice is entirely yours.

The Torino Fabric Sofa is one of our star sofas, wholly made in England by hand by qualified Craftsmen with decades experience in making bespoke furniture.

The components are British and each piece is conscientiously made to order and rigorously checked to make sure that your furniture serves you for years to come.

The hardwood frames are made of the highest quality beech. All our furniture joints are dowelled and glued. Stress points are also screwed to ensure durability. The seat platforms are steel sprung or webbed with high-tension webbing.

The cushions are filled with either memory foam or reflex fibre although other options like feather are also available according to your personal needs and for optimum comfort.

Bespoke services: Because our furniture is handmade, we offer a fully bespoke service whereby you have complete freedom in the design and make up of your furniture. The style, size, material used, down to the colour and texture will

entirely your choice.

We have standard sizes which can be supplied easily and quickly or you can use them to create your unique piece.

If you have a basement flat, or perhaps a small stairway, our furniture can be made with a variety of dismantling options enabling access and allowing us to deliver your sofa with ease and assemble in situ. An Access Check facility is also available allowing us to assess whether the furniture you are purchasing can be delivered into the room of your choice.

Your guests may never want to leave! Most of our sofas are available as sofa beds. There are a variety of bed widths available and all our sofa beds are constructed using a steel frame with wooden slats and a sprung mattress.

CUSHION FILLINGS

Comfort is a very personal thing. Our selection of cushion fillings allow you to create the ideal comfort for your seat and back cushions. You can choose from foam, feather and hollow fibre. Or choose to mix the fillings such as foam and fibre, foam and feather, or feather and fibre. Our experienced in store teams are always available to discuss these options with you. You can customise the cushion style of the back cushions on your sofa with boxed back cushions, pillow back cushions or scatter back cushions. Come in store and get a feel for your preference.

Beautiful classic piece- this daybed chaise carries more then 200 years heritage in design, still with the right fabric it can get a modern charm!

The history of the daybeds starts at the ancient Egypt times- even at that time craftsmen were able to create daybeds- not really similar in look to the later ones, but the function was the same: provide a comfortable place for shorter daytime rests, sleeping, reading.

Strangely enough despite that most of the chaises have French origins this piece is quintessentially and historically English. The design originates from the Victorian times. The Marlborough Chesterfield Sofa is our beautiful intepretation of English Chesterfield Furniture. Known for its curves, buttoned seat and proportions; it is a cut above the rest. Exquisite in fabric or leather

The legs can also be one of our many types of legs – with castor or wood. The wood can be any natural wood colour or we can paint them to a colour of your choice.
